While I love going to the gym and attending various group classes, not to mention my jiu-jitsu training sessions, sometimes – whether it’s because of work, studies, or other obligations, I just can’t make it to the gym or the classes. However, I have found that at-home workouts can be just as effective. Put on a great playlist and they can be quite fun too! Here are four links to four different types of workouts that you can do at home. You do not need much space nor do you need any equipment. You can modify exercises to suit your ability level and mix and match as you please. Have a great workout!
