I read about the pear bowl in the Gracie Diet book. I tried it as their recipe called for – pears, cottage cheese, and honey. It was very tasty. However, since honey isn’t allowed on the Whole Life Challenge, I decided to change it up slightly to make it more compliant. The recipe is so simple – only 3 ingredients. It makes for a filling and tasty breakfast.
