  • Nutrition — mushroom omelet for breakfast; tuna fish salad for lunch; shrimp with vegetables for dinner; 4 peanut butter date balls plus 2 cups of green tea throughout the day as snacks
  • Act of kindness — helped a friend set up a food plan for herself
