Well, here we go into week 3. This definitely has to be the busiest and most stressful week for me. I’ve got tons to do here, plus I’m preparing for an upcoming trip. I’m looking forward to traveling, but I am definitely concerned with how I’m going to stick to the challenge. I know I’ll try my best. Hopefully that’ll be good enough.

Everything is going smooth sailing in terms of the challenge – even the sleep! I still feel like 7 hours is too  much for me. I’m happy with 5 on a regular basis and 6 once in a while, but I’ve been doing the required 7 hours of sleep. I don’t feel too much difference. On some days, I think it actually makes me feel more tired. Anyway. It’ll be one more thing for me to worry about on my trip, but I’m hoping the jet lag will help me out.

Day 22 Summary

  • Supplement — Taken 🙂
  • Mobilization — 1 hour yoga on the beach
  • Workout — 1 hour rpm class
  • Nutrition — 2 egg white muffins for breakfast; 1 can of tuna for lunch; salmon with veggies for dinner; nuts (too many) as a snack plus a cup of green tea
  • Lifestyle requirement — Got my 7 hours!
Day 23 Summary
  • Supplement — Taken 🙂
  • Mobilization — 10 minutes of stretching
  • Workout — 100 burpees (that’s all I had time for today)
  • Nutrition — banana, dates, and peanut butter for breakfast (talk about high energy!); chick peas for lunch; chicken with vegetables for dinner; some peanut butter date balls and nuts for snacks plus green tea — was too munchy today. Gotta get a grip on that.
  • Lifestyle requirement — got 7 hours.
