I can’t believe we’re nearing the end of the third week of the challenge. It doesn’t feel like I’ve been doing it for that long. I’ve been getting the required sleep, even though sometimes it has been broken up throughout the day. I can’t say that I’ve felt that much different. It might be because I haven’t been working out as much as I had been last month. I’m not sure. I’ve been a bit restless through the night – waking up 2 or 3 times – but it’s nothing like my previous bouts of insomnia. We’ll see how I well I can keep it up for the next week!!
Day 20 Summary

- Mobilization — 20 minutes of deep stretching
- Workout — 45 minutes of weight lifting
- Nutrition — egg white omelet w/a bowl of fruit for breakfast; grilled chicken w/some hummus for lunch; baked cod salad for dinner; snacks – 4 dates, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 cups of green tea
- Lifestyle requirement — met the 7 hour requirement again! I’m surprised!
