Another crazy, crazy day and another day of snacks versus meals to get me going through the day. I’m not liking how this type of eating is making me feel. I also have mixed feelings about the 7-hours of sleep requirement. It’s actually stressing me out. I guess it’s because I have a particularly busy week. Anyway. I feel like I paced myself with my eating and with what I was eating in a way that just barely got me through the day. Ironically, even though I haven’t been eating much/proper meals for the past 2 days, I’ve gained 300 grams. I know that 300 grams isn’t a huge amount, but it irritates me. I’m trying not to get frustrated and just move forward, but what I think I really need to do is sit down and take a look at how things can be changed for the better. I don’t to be stuck. I’ve come too far to just be stuck. So, here I am in the middle of week 3 kinda feeling off balance. I just want to find my footing again.
Day 18 Summary
- Supplement — Taken 🙂
- Mobilization — 10 minutes post-workout stretching
- Workout — 1 1/2 hours weights (with cardio warm-up)
- Nutrition — 2 dates for breakfast; omelet muffins with 1/2 avocado eaten post-workout and for lunch — this time, instead of 3 omelet muffins I had five. I had half after my workout and half at my desk at work to get me through the afternoon; shrimp coconut curry for dinner; 2 dates and some nuts as a snack
- Lifestyle requirement — grudgingly met the 7 hour requirement; the extra sleep is interfering with my regular routine. I’m not liking it at all!
