It’s been another stressful/busy day. I knew from the moment I got up that I wouldn’t be leaving the house so I immediately set myself up to exercise at home. I put on my workout clothes, laid out my yoga mat & bosu ball, and decided that every once in a while I’d get up from my desk and do a combo of lunges, squats, crunches, push-ups, and planks … It was a way to take a break from writing as well as get my exercise in.
I’m looking forward to weighing in and measuring up on the final day of the challenge. I know I’ve done well. I can’t explain how wonderful it is having that feeling of success.
- Fish Oil — Taken 🙂
- Mobilization — 10 minutes of stretching
- Workout — Matrix of lunges, squats, crunches, push-ups, and plank position — arms are mega sore from yesterday’s workout!
- Nutrition — Exactly the same as yesterday – just reversed my lunch & dinner (Egg ‘muffins for breakfast; fish w/veggies for lunch; tuna and white bean salad for dinner)
