Today started off well, but kinda went downhill in terms of how I was feeling. My energy was just zapped out of me.
I did my yoga in the morning and only 10 minutes of resistance training just to get my workouts in. Food was simple and fine – no appetite, but I know it’s from the fatigue and cramps I’ve been feeling. Today was definitely a day when I didn’t feel like doing anything. Still, I pushed through since there aren’t too many days of the challenge left. Sometimes that’s just what you gotta do.

- Mobilization — 15 minutes yoga in the morning
- Workout — 10 minutes resistance training
- Nutrition — No appetite; kept it light (Celery & peanut butter w/raisins for breakfast; leftover veggies for lunch; grilled shrimp w/vegetables for dinner)
